End of week 1 (Day 3)
End of week one
Although we are only 3 days into our challenge, we decided once we had completed our weekly ''update stream'', we would consider that the end of the week and start fresh with a new week the following day. To keep everything neat and tidy, we will also be combining the posts from the previous week, so as not to have too many tabs to comb through. This way, old posts are kept chronological and in one place, allowing people down the line to read about our adventures without being overwhelmed by many tabs to go through. Now, onto the update:
Ros focused more on quests after doing some grinding, while Nomadics concentrated highly on Firemaking so he could make his way over to Wintertodt. He managed to get there, and in doing so, collected a Clue Hunter cape, Gloves, Boots and a Top for warm clothing. Additionally, he obtained a Pyromancer garb at two Kill Count, which increases the Firemaking XP gained.
Ros completed her second clue scroll, gaining a second casket, neither of which has been opened yet. She started the quests "Imp Catcher" and "Sheep Hearder" (Sheep Hearder did not go to plan; Ros had hilarious difficulty trying to get the sheep to where she needed them, and ended up leaving it to come back to it later). However, she did manage to complete "Monk's Friend," "Rune Mysteries" and "Earnest the Chicken."
Both Ros and Nomadics have have experienced significant changes in their skill stats after Day 3, and it's interesting to see how the two different playstyles are reflected in their skill levels.
A clue from MrsIronman's second clue scroll.
Mrs Ironman Firemaking skill lvl 8.
